- ANNUAL MEN’S RETREAT: FOUND-FORGIVEN-FORTIFIED
February 19-21
Jesus is the Father's missionary who is sent to find us. Once we are found, he forgives and heals us. Then he fortifies us with the Spirit for life and mission. Each Lent we are invited to re-enter into the same saving cycle. Jesus continues to be the Father's missionary to us. We continue to be found, forgiven and fortified so that Jesus may accompany us into the challenging mission that we face every day. Let Jesus find us and show us his way for this Lenten walk with him.
Presenter: Fr. Guy Wilson, ST
Fr. Guy is a Missionary Servant of the Most Holy Trinity and Pastor of St. Joseph Church in Holy Trinity, Alabama. He has been delegated by his congregation to identify and develop programs to promote a missionary formation in the daily lives of committed lay men and women.
Fee: $150 (includes a $40 non-refundable deposit)
Registration 7:00p.m. (Eastern Time)
- DANCE OF THE CELTIC SPIRIT
March 12-14
Registration 7:00p.m. (Eastern Time)
Come and celebrate the coming feast of St. Patrick as Carmel Boyle invites us to pray with Celtic themes through song, reflection and gentle movement. Led by the spirit of song, you will encounter the spirituality of the ancient Celts who were ever conscious of the immanence of God. The Dance of the Celtic Spirit will be in the company of the Trinity, the angels and the saints. Partners in the dance will include St. Brigid and St. Patrick, but the intimate companion through the music is Christ.
Presenter: Carmel Boyle, M.Min
Carmel Boyle is a singer and songwriter who gives retreats, workshops and concerts throughout Ireland and the United States. She is co-founder of An Croi, an holistic retreat center in County Meath, Ireland.
Fee: $160 (includes a $40 non-refundable deposit)
- CONTEMPLATION AND HEALING
April 30 - May 2
Registration 7:00p.m. (Eastern Time)
The heart of reconciliation, healing and peace emerges from a sincere contemplation of the mystery of God's divine love. This retreat provides the opportunity for an encounter with the living God revealed in Christ Jesus who went about doing good and healing all kinds of infirmities. Our prayer will be for an openness to this same healing power flowing from the Heart of Jesus. There will be times of sharing and times of silence during this retreat.
Presenter: Fr Dennis Berry, ST
Fr. Dennis holds a Doctorate in Spiritual Theology and gives retreats and presentations throughout the U.S. and Latin America. He currently serves as a general councilor for his community, the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity.
Fee: $150 (includes a $40 non-refundable deposit)
