Meet your retreat facilitators:
Susan is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Spiritual Wellness Coach. She aspires to spread the tones of love, oneness and deep healing through her writing, her living, the practice of sacred healing arts and most recently her guidance of spiritual nature retreats.
Jean came to her own sense of the sacred through exploring the cycles of women and nature, and living in the woods of Wisconsin on wild food for a year. Her understanding and living of that inner knowing has been deepened through the study, practice and teaching of Attunement as well as living in community, coming of age circles with girls, hospice work and Jewish sacred ceremony
The wonders of Nature hold a story all their own, of ages past and present. In a sense they are our stories too our timeless life, looking back at us. Find yourself in pure wonder and open spirit, receptive to the unfurled truth of Higher Presence.

The Headless Way offers you a practical, user-friendly way to see Who you really are. This method was developed by the philosopher Douglas Harding. At the heart of this approach are the Experiments - awareness exercises that guide your attention directly to your deepest identity.
|
|
Seeing Who You Really Are
Who are you really? You are an individual with your own unique point of view. No one else is quite like you.
But there’s another side to you which you may or may not know about. This is
Who you really are. At the centre of yourself is a great treasure. Look steadily within and you will find utmost peace, unfading joy, eternal life.
In this workshop Richard Lang will guide you through a variety of experiments that lead you to this Reality within you. You will literally SEE your True Self. Once you see Who you really are, you can go on seeing it anywhere, anytime. It will revolutionize your life, showering blessings upon you.
Richard first discovered his True Self when he attended a workshop with the English philosopher Douglas Harding in 1970. Since then he has devoted his life both to staying awake to his True Identity and to sharing Harding’s experiments.
He has two books published - Seeing Who You Really Are and Open To The Source. He has written and compiled the content for the website www.headless.org. He lives in London, co-ordinating the Shollond Trust the UK charity set up to share this work. He also works as a psychotherapist, and teaches Tai Chi and Five Rhythms Dance.
