You get a variety of things to Work in helping you to find that eternal longing we all are looking for: Massage, Yoga, Card readings, Hikes, trips to water falls , Indiguous village, visit a Herbal Shaman, A Dream Vision Shaman (some of Shamanic rite adventures are extra cost). All this so you can learn to create from the heart. This journey is not for those looking for someone to show them the way its all about you as a creator creating your own way.
We have two rooms and we can look after about four people at a time. So if you are looking for the spiritual aspect of coming to a rain forest this may be just what you had signed up for along time ago.

Join acclaimed teacher and author Rolf Gates for this week at one of our favorite spots on the breathtakingly gorgeous Yucatan Peninsula. This will be a week of intensive yoga
practice, a powerful exploration into Big Mind Mediation, breath work, delicious food, walks on the beach, time with wonderful people; and even swimming in refreshing turquoise
underwater caves and exploring Mayan Ruins if you choose.
A Word on Big Mind Meditation: This powerful, interactive process we call Big Mind was developed by Zen Master Genpo Merzel. Through guided role playing, dialogue, and shadow
work, participants learn to unlock their hidden potentials by integrating parts of themselves they may have been previously unable or unwilling to recognize. The goal of the work is to gently guide participants to a place that is sometimes called one's true self, or the ground of being.
The Big Mind process is fun, insightful, and personally transformative, and helps participants greatly in the development of either a new or existing meditation practice and will be a phenomenal compliment to the work we do on our yoga mats.

Seven Day Retreat: $800.00 Which includes the same as the four day retreat. Includes 2 massages
Beginners Shamanic Rites Workshop: Power Animal Retrieval Journey, Soul Retrieval Journey, Extractions, and Medicine Wheel. This coarse is about seven days and cost $800.00. Limited space so book early. Coarse cost include place to stay and meals.
