Inner Metamorphosis University

Meditation Retreat: New Year Retreat with Bhashkar Perinchery
Let Your Inner Light Shine
Life is day and night. The deeper we are connected to life, the stronger the experience of joyfulness and suffering.
But in the usual way of going about living life, the suffering becomes unbearable. It leads to feelings of numbness and being rigid until we learn to enlighten these dark sides through the brightness of the soul. Through deepening the consciousness and insight we develop the capacity to recognize the deeper connections of our life. We thereby attain the clarity and strength to encounter life in a more creative and playful way and to flow with life, joyfully and gratefully.
Retreat Leader: Bhashkar Perinchery
Bhashkar Perinchery is internationally known as a spiritual teacher, inspirational speaker and author of “The Source of Joy Within” and “Secret of Ecstatic Living”. Bhashkar has
been teaching the art of inner growth and the 'flowering' of the human potential for over 35 years; giving individual counseling, leading seminars and trainings, and lecturing in
Universities and symposiums all over the world. He initiated the I.M.U. (Inner Metamorphosis University) Chicago in 2005 to create a space which allows us to inquire, experience and discover the different dimensions of our reality.

We are all called to love the world in a very specific way. This pilgrimage will open the door as to your way. Assisi is a place of clarity. Many people have received very clear indications as to the direction of their life while in Assisi.
During this pilgrimage we will open ourselves to receive whatever the spirit of clarity and transformation wants to gift us. Visiting the sacred sites of St.Clare and St.Francis, we will attune our bodies and souls to the greater vision that our life holds.
Places we will visit:
* San Damiano - where Clare lived and created community
* The Basilica and Tomb of Clare - where we will feel the power in her still-enduring spirit
* The Basilica and Tomb of Francis - where his bones still radiate the light
* The Porziuncula - the original church of Francis
* The Eremo - the caves and mountain where Francis and the brother's meditated and Francis composed his songs & prayers
* Mt. Subasio - the sacred mountain since pre-Christian times
* St. Stephen's Church - where Francis was baptized
This pilgrimage is suitable for all people, whether wondering what to do next in your life, or simply wanting to deepen where you already are
"Above all, be lovers of your souls" - Clare of Assisi
