These workshops will be especially useful for helping those looking for personal growth or how to discover and renew their own spiritual gifts.
 Participants will learn experientially and didactically how to apply the six stage process of Souldrama for spiritual growth and development and through transgenerational psychodrama, bring freedom from a from a compulsive repetition of patterns, that we could call *fate* or *destiny* or even *transgenerational karma*. While, doing so, we will build a cross cultural awareness to the "encounter" to the world.The concept of Co-Unconscious is one of the main key to our understanding of what is called now *transgenerational links". This is also related to *unfinished business*, with trauma and death, with *wound of love* events that repeat themselves, following the rule of *unfinished tasks* that need to have to keep being repeated until its meaning is clarified. Remove the psychological loyalties to people of previous generations with whom there was some *unfinished business* or traumatic event. The following generations will tend to repeat the *script of life* of this original person or relation, repeating unconsciously the same pattern without even being aware of the original trauma (very often a "family secret").

Tinos: Greek Orthodoxy's most sacred island with the famous monastery of the Madonna of Tinos, honored on the 15th of August each year by pilgrims from all over Greece hoping for a glimpse of the icon or a token of its miraculous powers for curing the ill and the misfortunate. Beautiful uncrowded beaches, valleys rich in vegetation, and small villages considered rare examples of Greek popular architecture, with pigeon towers and white churches with blue domes and stone fences running through the whole island up onto steep rocky cliffs and down to calm blue bays.
Tinos is full of lovely, picturesque mountainous and fishing villages. Villages built on the slopes of the many mountains are usually surrounded by verdant vegetation and are full of traditional stone houses, amazingly decorated by local craftsmen, built close one to another and surrounded by narrow alleys and arcades. Fishing villages have a traditional Cycladic architecture and have kept their authenticity.
Tinos is one of the biggest Greek islands of the Cyclades.It is famous, among religious, for its huge Church of Panagia (Virgin) which has a miraculous icon and is attracting thousands of pilgrims from all over the country on the 15th of August, feast day of the Virgin. The island has many picturesque mountainous villages, superb dove cotes which are embellishing it and a tradition in marble carving.

Daily Classes w/Donna and Kristin include extended gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, specialty Rhythmic Flow Classes w/live drumming by Loren Gulak & Sunset Meditation classes. You may choose from 3-4 extended classes per day, or just lounge and enjoy the sun! Everything on retreat is optional, and all yoga classes are non-intimidating and fun!
