April 18-20: Becoming Young Again: A Retreat to Reverse the Aging Process
Blue Cross found that prayerful meditation reverses aging. We will use prayer to heal our sources of stress and what makes us uncomfortable, thus staying young.

Rev. Matt Linn, SJ
Rev. Linn (as a team with Dennis and Shelia Linn) has focused in integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. He is a member of the Association of Christian Therapists. Since 1970, he has taught courses and given retreats on healing in over 50 countries. He was ordained in 1973 and currently lives with Jesuit novices in St. Paul where he trains directors in the 5 Year Sacred Ground Program. The team has written 21 books.

April 25-27: Married Couples Retreat: Growing in Love with One Another/Growing in Love with God
Explore marriage as call and as sacrament, dynamics of relationships, conflict/communication, and more at this weekend retreat for married couples.

Bridget Brennan is the Director of Marriage Ministry at St. Francis Xavier (College) Church t St. Lois University and serves as a consultant with the Archdiocesan Office of Laity and Family Life. Bridget is founder and president of Cana Institute, which she founded to proclaim the Good News that God is in the midst of married life. She and her husband Jerome Shen, a professor of chemistry at Southern Illinois University, work together presenting retreats and workshops for married couples.

April 25-26: Young Adults Retreat: The Bridge to Forgiveness - Finding God and Restoring Wholeness

Presenter: Sr. Jackie Bates, rc
Sr. Jackie Bates, rc, manages the Cenacle Hospitality Office and a speaker program for young adults in their 20s and 30s called Light the Fire that culminates in a retreat. She is a Master Catechetist and received a national Youth Ministers Certification through the Archdiocese of Denver Catechetical School.
