Event overview: Specially designed for women, this "Escape to Wellness" oceanfront retreat offers an intentionally tranquil 3-day program of advanced health and wellness. Led by a team of certified health practitioners, the extended Columbus Day weekend offers several 2-hour workshops, which guests can attend as desired to encourage relaxation and renewal before the holidays. Activities to choose from include yoga, breath work, hiking for all levels, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, meditation, advanced natural skin care, guided
imagery to release limiting emotions, and motivational goal-setting. To ensure a restful experience for all, the program is limited to nine women only.
