The Magical Alchemy of Mid-Life: A Quest for Transformation
Facilitated by Lisa Whitlow and Carol Lett LaRue
Retreat at Serenity Point
Grand Lake of the Cherokees, Oklahoma
see www.serenitypointllc.com
We are Changing Women changing bodies, changing emotions, changing attitudes, changing beliefs, and changing relationships. Are we a Gray Lady or Silver Fox? Grit or Grace? Sagging or Soft? Wacky or Wise? Rigid or Strong? Fat or Curvaceous? Detached or Supported? Emotional wreck or Authentic expression? Sensible or Sexy? Lazy or Letting be? The balance, fertility and richness of this middle stage of life lies not in our ovaries and wombs, but in the experience, wisdom and love we hold in every cell of our body/mind! You are invited to fully become the transformation you embody...boldly, freely and creatively!
Join your "sisters of change" in this workshop experience of Empowerment, Self-Nurturance and Unconditional Self-Acceptance designed especially for women 40 - 65 years of age. You will be introduced to a new feminine archetype of change...one that moves in natural rhythm with the universal cycles of change and brings you fully and naturally into your SELF with joy, pleasure and peacefulness. Join us on this quest...as you leave disappointment and disillusion behind and step into the wonder and sovereignty of mid-life!
Lisa and Carol facilitate this workshop with an artful combination of Wisdom Teachings, Expressive Movement, Journal Writing, Creative Play and Exploration, Ceremony and Ritual
