Springbank Retreat for Eco-Spirituality and the Arts is open to all spiritual seekers. Founded as a plantation in the 1700's, Springbank has been an eccumenical center for retreats, hospitality, healing, Earth education and the arts for more than 50 years.
Located on 80 acres, in a quiet rural setting, Springbank is surrounded by a wooded area, walking trails, ancient live oaks, magnolia trees and flowering camellias. The swamp wilderness, meandering through stately gum trees, is home to a unique eco-system and a vast array of vegetation and wild life.

Our mission is to live simply, to create beauty, to respect Earth and all beings and to share the learned wisdom as co-creators with the Divine for a sustainable future. We offer retreats and programs in spirituality, ecology, wellness and the arts.
Sabbatical programs, artist in residence and hermitage experiences are available. Spiritual companioning, healing massage and Reiki are by appointment.

Collaborative Hope for Men and Women: Personal Development, Psychology, Ralationships
The challenges of today call for a balance of the gifts of both men and women for Christian spiritual wholeness. We will focus on building complementary and inclusive relationships to bring about a fuller expression needed to restore harmony and peace in family life and the larger Earth community. We will share ideas from Scripture passages, stories, legends and beliefs that enhance trust and hope for a collaborative world.
Retreat leaders: Patricia Frisch, PhD and Rev. David Valtierra, CO
Patricia Frisch is an author, past director of a spiritual center, with many years of experience as pastoral counselor in faith formation. Patricia earned her doctorate from Loyola College.
David Valtierra is an Oratorina Priest and Director of the Spirituality Center in Rock Hill, SC. Fr. David facilitates several ongoing groups in Scripture study and prayer.

Developing Intimacy With God : Are you a friend of God? This retreat is designed to help you become a friend of God.
3 couples or singles attend at the same time. The couples explore together what it means to be a friend of God.
The retreat is designed to give you Deep Communion with the Lord, show you how to hear His voice, walk with deep initimacy with the Lord and develop Spiritual Gifting.
