David is the director of the global spiritual network Emissaries of Divine Light. He lives at Sunrise Ranch, the headquarters for EDL, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
David provides counseling and seminars in spiritual awakening and transformation both at Sunrise Ranch and in many locations around the world. He has still found time to create several creative projects with family and friends including CDs "Open Green" and "Living Prayer" as well as a collection of poems by himself and others entitled "In the Sunlit Place we Dwell."
Sunrise Ranch is a spiritual center that is home to approximately sixty men, women, and children. It is also a conference and retreat center with a reputation as an ideal setting for various kinds of group work. Emissaries have been stewarding the land with care and love since its founding in 1945 and currently manage an organic farm there. Activities at Sunrise include Sunday morning services at 11 a.m. in our Dome Chapel followed by a nutritious lunch in the dining room. You are also welcome to join us for volunteer projects, Dances of Universal Peace, Wednesday evening services, and creative social events.

Helene Van Manen is a Master Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her training began at Coach U in 1998; she graduated with the Certified Coach U Graduate status. Currently on the Faculty of Coach U, Helene is a Professional Mentor Coach and a student at the Graduate School of Coaching. Helene specializes in training Coaches to lead retreats and has created a Certification Program for Retreat Coaches.
Helene's practice is a tapestry of clients, business owners, creative entrepreneurs, couples who want alive relationships, women who are finding their voice, and Coaches who wish to build strong sustainable practices. Cheri Lunn has been observing, participating and co-creating magical drum and dance circles across the country for the past 10 years. She honors the synthesis of ancient and modern technologies, working with the drum, dance, and creative self expression in many facets, from techno trance parties to shamanistic earth festivals, ceremonies and corporate venues.
Cheri has had the blessings of sharing stage with members of the Grammy Award winning Flecktones, Aquarium Rescue Unit, String Cheese Incident, and many others. She has recorded 3 solo CD’s and is currently working on new material with her band, Turiya, for the next release.
She has studied Drum Circle work with the World Famous magician and alchemist Jeff McBride, and has worked closely with the Firedance Community in California on the evolution of Fire & Drum Circle Technology. She is the creatress of the Magical Mystical Muse which is a synthesis of all that she has directly experienced and learned over the years.
Cheri has a gift for bringing out the music in the most shy, inexperienced person, empowering them to find their own unique expression in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. In addition to her work with the drum, she is a Certified yoga Instructor, devoted Yoga Pracitioner, Certified Massage Therapist, Ceremonialist, Ordained Priestess, Health Counselor and Life Coach. She incorporates spiritual practices into her work in a very non-obtrusive and subtle way that allows for an unfolding of what is present within each person.
