 Menlha (Medicine Buddha) is the founder and main instructor of the Kootenay School of Rebalancing, which was founded in 1986.
She began doing bodywork in 1975, has trained in various forms of massage and psychotherapy work, and is a certified craniosacral practitioner. Menlha trained in Rebalancing at Rajneeshpuram, Oregon, in 1984; she has a current Rebalancing practice.

Rosemary Rein, PhD is a Certified Professional Life Coach and International Retreat Facilitator. Originally from the United States, Rosemary has lived in Costa Rica for 12 years and has been a featured speaker at global conferences on Creativity, Innovation and Leadership in the Americas, Europe, South East Asia and South Africa. Dr. Rein is the Author of “Go Wild! Survival Skills for Business and Life” and “Blueprint for Success” with Dr. Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.
A graduate of Wilderness Survival Skills, Rosemary brings here unique understanding of the application of survival skills in handling the tsunamis of both business and life.
She has worked for a distinguished client list including Procter and Gamble, BP Oil, Humana Healthcare and the U.S. Military as well as served as an advisor on creative leadership for the distinguished YPO (Young President’s Organization).
Rosemary hosts executive and personal growth retreats in Costa Rica and other exotic destinations around the globe including Argentina, South Africa and Thailand.

Rebecca is a Shamanic Healer and works in Costa Rica, the United States, and Trinidid. She studied for 12 years with a Lakota healer, and has been practicing for 10 years. She also is a teacher of energetic healing practices. She has followed her heart's path throughout her life and leads retreats focusing on energetic work.
