Michelle leads powerful women and resourceful leaders on half day, full day and multi-day retreat to renew their spirit, reawaken senses and create space to simply "be". She believes in the power and necessity of retreats to enhance quality of being, especially when our cultural focus is on doing. By design, many of the retreats take place in the outdoors, such as a nature preserve, a garden setting, in the woods or a lakeside cabin getaway. I am a Cenacle Affiliate, a writer with degrees in English, and a practicing Catholic. I welcome directees of many faiths and backgrounds. My special interests include Ignatius of Loyola and his Spiritual Exercises, particularly the Daily Examen; 12-step spirituality; spirituality of mothering and other caregivers; the enneagram; dream work; the Myers-Briggs and introversion vs. extroversion; writing and reading poetry and other literary genres toward wholeness; holistic and eco-spirituality; women’s spirituality; and a host of other interests. I love learning and growing as a person and as a director. I consider nurturing each directee’s spirit to be an honor and a privilege.
