I am a Cenacle Affiliate, a writer with degrees in English, and a practicing Catholic. I welcome directees of many faiths and backgrounds. My special interests include Ignatius of Loyola and his Spiritual Exercises, particularly the Daily Examen; 12-step spirituality; spirituality of mothering and other caregivers; the enneagram; dream work; the Myers-Briggs and introversion vs. extroversion; writing and reading poetry and other literary genres toward wholeness; holistic and eco-spirituality; women’s spirituality; and a host of other interests. I love learning and growing as a person and as a director. I consider nurturing each directee’s spirit to be an honor and a privilege.
