Ann graduated from Shalem Institute’s program in Spiritual Direction and offers spiritual direction privately, as well as through a seminary and a retreat center. Her life-long interest and work in emotional intelligence and spiritual practice honors multiple wisdom traditions and practices. She is an Associate of an Anglican Benedictine Monastery.
Ann formed Business of Being to work at the intersection of business, wisdom and leadership. Ann offers customized personal coaching to executives and leaders seeking to awaken and expand their inner lives --- to grow in authenticity and consciousness and move toward living and working in alignment with their deepest truth. This work is based on her spiritual formation as well as on her Masters in Business Administration and twenty five years of executive experience in major corporations in Strategic Planning and Business Development.

Souldrama® was developed by Connie Miller, NCC, LPC in 1997 and trademarked in 1999 as a therapeutic tool created for use as an adjunct to psychodrama and designed to move clients from co-dependency to co-creativity. By incorporating spirituality into the psychological process, Souldrama helps clients to move past resistance and remove the blocks that stop them from moving forward onto their higher purpose by aligning the ego and soul. She has presented her Souldrama workshops nationally and internationally including at numerous conferences Additionally, she is responsible for bringing the technique of Souldrama to the American Counseling Association where she is a member of ASGW, ACC, ASERVIC and has brought action techniques including the process of Souldrama to the National Board of Certified Counselors as well as to the field of addictions. Connie has run trainings in Souldrama for the past nine years in Mexico, Portugal, Greece and in England, Brazil and presently runs her own training group in NJ. Her book Souldrama, a Journey into the Heart of God has recently been published in Brazil in Portuguese. Routledge press will be including her chapter, “Psychodrama, Spirituality and Souldrama” in the book New Advances in Psychodrama to be published May 2007. Her article, Souldrama: Its Techniques and Applications has been published by the International Journal of Action Methods, Winter 2000.
As founder of the International Institute of Souldrama® she desires to teach others this successful technique and obtain the two following objectives:
- To promote the process of psychodrama and spirituality through the technique of Souldrama.
- To foster innovative research into the scientific scope and impact of religion and spirituality.
- To encourage the development and creative insights into the forces that shape and expand world religions and the human conceptualization of God and create spiritually intelligent leadership.
