Whether you are a seasoned or beginning birder, you're invited to join in on a quiet walk through the woods and prairie to consider how birds are, indeed, "careless in the care of God." We'll watch their behaviors, identify a few (so you can impress your friends:-) and enjoy the richness of so many birdsongs. Birdwatching is one of the BEST ways to slow down and be present. Some binoculars provided.

After our hike and lunch, we'll engage in a short reflection, before spending the afternoon on our own... meditating, journaling, (napping), reflecting, discovering nature or other ways of "deepening down" to let the Spirit of God speak to our hearts.
